First of all, you have to visit the NBI official website through this URL “https://clearance.nbi.gov.ph.” On your screen’s right side, you have to make sure to check out the YES option in order to identify that your registration is an NBI Clearance Renewal.
After that, you need to enter your “First Name,” “Sur Name,” “Date of Birth,” and your “OLD NBI ID Number.”
From the below, you have to tap on “Proceed,” and then it will take you to continue your registration.
But if your NBI clearance ID Number was found in the NBI Clearance database, it shall show you a pop-up that says “Data Successfully Retrieve.”
So, you can proceed with the next step, and of course, your NBI clearance can also be renewed.
Anyway, if your NBI Clearance ID Number wasn’t found yet, that time, it will show you one more pop-up saying, “The system cannot find the given NBI ID.”
The meaning of this statement is that you are unable to proceed with your NBI clearance renewal, and also you should do an NBI Online Registration as a NEW Application.
