Lost Your NBI ID Number? You Can Still Recover It
Losing the certificate doesn’t automatically mean starting over as a new applicant. Try these in order:
- Check your NBI account. Log in at clearance.nbi.gov.ph and open the Transactions tab. Your past applications are stored there.
- Search your email. Look for confirmations from your previous application.
- Visit an NBI branch with two valid IDs. Staff can look up your record and give you your clearance details. Find your nearest office in our branch list.
- Try renewing with your personal details. The system can often locate your record from your full name, birthdate and birthplace — the ID number just makes it faster and more reliable.
